12 X 75R FINNISH

Introduced circa 1948, it remained in production until 1976 when there was an explosion at the Lapua factory with 41 fatalities. It was introduced, and only known in unprimed cases, meant to be used as a shotgun in bored out 7,62 x 54R Moisin Nagant rifles. It was generally crimped in the rosette style and erroneously referred to as a 32 gauge.
