The 10.75×60.5R LV2 uses a base diameter of 13.6-13.7mm which is the same as the 10.15×60.5R LV4 (SC23) but has a 0.5mm greater diameter bullet than that cartridge. It was listed in the 1900 RWS catlogue, but no other references has been seen until the 1922 Hagen price list. This cartridge might have been made from the 10.15 LV4 case and might have been for rebarreled rifles.
