400 A-SQUARE DUAL PURPOSE MAGNUM

This is essentially the same as the 400 Pondoro, although there is some confusion. According to ammoguide.com, the ASDPM was introduced in 2006 by the A-Square Company. The name is a good description because it can be loaded with with heavy bullets to take on dangerous game, but at the same time lighter .41cal handgun bullets can also be loaded, making it an inexpensive option for non dangerous game and target shooting.

The 400 Pondoro which is the same cartridge was developed in 1992, by Bruce Woods from Cincinatti, also in conjunction with A-Square.
