Listed as Lorenz Case number 207, which would date it to around 1882, although the PATR. FABR. KARLSRUHE headstamp would date this specimen to around 1889. It was a short-lived cartridge however and was based on the Mauser Base (MB) system. As such it was only ever listed in the 1886 export catalogue. (Dixon Ref, MB20).
