The 8mm-06 ICL Increased Case/Capacity Load) is very similar to the 8mm-06 Ackley, the only difference is the neck length. This is one of a line of cartridges designed by Arnold and Vern Juenke. The first line of ICL cartridges were advertised from 1949 onwards in American Rifleman magazine.
