This is a shortened version of the 10.45x82R Express (EXP 50).   

The 500/416 was introduced around 1997 by Wolfgang Romey together with Krieghoff and was based on the 500 NE necked to 416 with the intention of giving traditional 416 Rigby ballistics in a double rifle. (Dixon Ref. W90)

This is the Lorenz version of the 10x52R, the other one being the Uttendoerffer verion and these two are easily confused as they differ only by the length of the shoulder. (Dixon Ref. MB111)         

This is one of four variations of the 10X46R. This appears to be case #103 from the Lorenz 1886 export catalogue and has a slightly lower shoulder that the MBc Target load.
